Still Water Solutions LLC ("we", "us") operates this website and the Card Grader AI mobile app. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

• Photos you submit. When you scan a card in Card Grader AI, the images are processed to identify the card and assess its condition.
• Account and usage data. Basic account details and app usage information needed to operate and improve the service.
• Contact information. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

How we use it

We use this information to provide card identification, grading estimates, and pricing information; to provide support; and to maintain and improve our apps. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Card Grader AI relies on service providers, including cloud hosting and backend services (such as Google Firebase), image-recognition and card-pricing providers, and AI model providers, to process scans and return results. These providers handle data only to perform those services.

Data retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
